Turn the ac on
Although its becoming more common fast, whole swaths of northern europeans never had one installed. Our houses are built to be comfy in winter :).
Historically that doesn’t make sense for how well isolated our homes are and how rarely extreme heat still is in many parts of Europe. ACs and electricity aren’t exactly cheap either. However it’s getting more accessible. Slapping some solar panels on your roof or balcony and installing an AC to cool at least one room will become the norm quickly I think.

My city is the same latitude as the southernmost parts of Spain. It was 26 degrees here today.
