There’s no tipping culture in my country but the waiters still smile usually. At the nicer places at least
omfg. I randomly was at white spot the other day because of people that actually like the food there somewhow, and the old guys at the table behind us were literally this. I find most people uncomfortable to be around, but damn can it ever be worse.
