Guess I’m doing Xfinity! yay… i really enjoyed having a choice of ISP in my old address. it’s really gonna fucking suck going back to random power outages with no explanation and constant disconnects.

Either of the two fiber options would probably be better than Comcast. Ask your neighbors, if you have any, what they have.
If you’re hosting any servers like Plex you may want to make sure the fiber companies offer a static IP if they use CGnat.
