I’m pretty sure that we actually wouldn’t feel a thing
NSFL story about something like this happening
Tap for spoiler
This happened back in the early nineties, at NAS, Whidbey Island.
They were pulling an A6 out of the hangar and the stopped the A/C just outside the hangar to wait while the door was shut.
When the door shut, the tractor driver started forward on reflex before waiting for the signal.
One of the chalk walkers was hudding by the main mount tire, to get out of the wind. It is as late at night, cold, and the wind up there can be biting.)
He never cried out. The assumption is initial shock and it was over before he could react.
It literally smeared him across the ground. The other safety walkers reported hearing popping sounds.
The brake rider, in the cockpit, did not notice anything.
I’m sure he did, at least for a brief moment
Oh was talking in the cabin-
But if they are on the runway, and he’s looking like that, it means they haven’t departed yet. So the guy squished did feel it
So we have one story where it is felt and another where it isn’t.
We need more data points.
