It’s always reassuring to hear these things from Medvedev. If the Kremlin chooses Medvedev as the guy to say something, that means it’s meaningless bluster they have no intention of following through on. I’ve never seen a single threat from him that the West has ever needed to worry about. He’s like “Russian Weakness: The Person”.
