    I had windows foisted on me when I started at my new role, i tried to make WSL work but it was always janky especially in combination with security software they install

    Managed to convince them to give me a 5 year old Mac mini and it is a dream

    After seeing update after update fuck up windows i am glad i didn’t try make it work
