Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I started on one project and it really took a long while. I first tried to learn it with a tutorial and then do my own project. I can get things done yes, but I need to do things in a really thoughtful way, which takes a lot of time.

I can learn, I’m sure, but it sure feels like an investment, considering how fast I could have gotten done. Still, I felt the same about Inkscape a decade ago, and now I love it.
