I added a little fennel seed to the dough which offered some great depth of flavor.

        I can do you one better. I work at one. Parents own a small indian store and I ran it for a decent while. I basically live here.

          Indian food & Indian spices are just about my favorite foods on Planet Earth.

          I still sautee with ghee, and also have my big bag of Panch Puran and delicious cumin seeds. Also, some nice bags of… uh… like fennel seeds coated in a candy-mint layer, for after the meal? (I forget the name)

          Let’s be real, tho-- I’m a complete idiot when it comes to making anything remotely close to Indian food. But it really is the BEST food on Earth.
