If someone wants to move more quickly than me on a highway it’s no problem. It becomes an issue when someone is being excessively dangerous. The problem is cars existing at all as personal transportation. The solution is to make driving as miserable a fucking experience as possible until the ecocidal narcissists finally give up. Studies have shown, that’s not a good thing for road safety or - more important to the government - efficient use of the roads to move cars from A to B which is what the roads are for.
