A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer charged with lying to investigators about the events leading up to the shooting of a Venezuelan man during the Minneapolis immigration crackdown is in federal custody.

    He’s not being charged for the shooting here, just the lying. I don’t know how they’d swing it as a double jeopardy issue except for the “blatant corruption” play.
