      It’s okay, prion disease totally isn’t passed on by consumption.

      Also, it’s completely possible to cook out the bad prions.

      Oh god, I thought parasites and bacteria were all we had to worry about, but now we’re gonna be hearing about prion outbreaks?

      I hope they at least label it with “TRUMP MEAT” in giant gold letters…

        probably parasites from pork too. you probably die from bacterial, viral or parasites before a prion disease, because they take so long to manifest.

          But parasites and viruses are curable if they’re caught early enough and you have a strong enough constitution. A prion is a death sentence involving a slow and painful descent into madness.
