Even though I want to pick up the textbooks and get an early headstart I can’t beig myself to do it. I think I’ll be in half-full swing tomorrow, but I figured it would be worth asking people’s advice about this anyway because it’s something I’ve struggled with a lot for the last 6 years.

I study engineering.

If studying is something you’ve struggled with for 6 years (I’m assuming trying several ways to force yourself over those years without success) then it might behoove you to get screened for ADHD or other learning disabilities. I dropped out of my engineering program and only years later understood why I couldn’t deal with it.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by struggle?

      Already done :)

I just struggle to know how much time to spend on learning stuff and to then spend that time on it, consistently throughout the year. I think because it feels like I already get it or have done enough

What are your grades reflecting when you stop studying once you feel like you get it?

I generally stopped studying once I felt like I had it and did okay.
