A man called HPD to report someone firing a gun outside a Home Depot on Sunday but was arrested by ICE agents before officers completed their investigation, according to a police report.

    And this is why the concept of sanctuary cities is important.

    If people are scared to cooperate with police/DAs in case they get deported, criminals will be significantly more likely to walk free, making everyone less safe.
