If it’s in the process of doing something illegal, then yes, you are to blame.
Except that’s the neat part. There is nothing illegal about “airline x do not allow that passenger to board” as an order from TSA that’s entirely legal thing. You have no “right” to fly and TSA has the completely authority to manage passengers. And this isn’t new at all, we’re talking Bush administration
ICE detaining and assaulting a US citizen is entirely illegal though.
