    in the US you have to work a fulltime job for health insurance, because of shitty public transport you also need a car. You have to have stable housing or at least an address for mail to go to. There are certainly ways to make these things cheaper like having roommates or carpooling, but the system is set up to keep us working full time. Many of the cheaper living situations such as living in a car or RV are being legislated into crimes. Private equity is buying up apartments and mobile home parks to raise the rent by insane amounts. Just live simply isn’t so simple if you need healthcare.
