When my brother was around 12, he was standing still, then burst into movement, had socks on while standing on tile floor and his hands in his pockets. His feet went backwards and face planted him on the tile, landed directly on his chin.

Surprisingly it didn’t break anything, just made a huge cut and spewed blood everywhere. Wild to think about it now.
