while it’s appropriate for the meta commentary of the game, it made sure I’ll never play one of his games again D:

No offense, but that’s just a very dumb reason to miss out on games that you’d otherwise enjoy.

You do realize they’re not like a part of the actual game right? Nobody is making you do this.

I wasn’t that much of a fan of Stanley Parable anyway, that sort of humour is not really my jam 🤷

You do realize they’re not like a part of the actual game right?

For that game they are definitely part of its poking fun of videogames and gamers, it has other achis like not playing for 5 years, or playing for the entire duration of a Tuesday.

Nobody is making you do this.

Agreed, nobody is forcing me to play his other games either :) I just don’t like trolls, whether game developers or not 🤷 I’m one of those people who doesn’t separate the art from its artist.

I also got bored of the Stanley Parable, it reeks of a period on the internet that I’d like to be dead history. Granted, if this was babbies first meta-commentary then I understand why it seems so profound to so many people.

My view on this game is that it, much like Chronotrigger, is very bland. It introduced young people to a concept they weren’t familiar with, like time travel or meta-commentary.

If it’s for you, it’s for you. I’ll reserve what I think about people who (for some reason) could not conceptualize what time travel was before Chronotrigger, I will treat the SP the same way.
