Yeah, I think trauma even kinda proves that neuroplasticity is a thing.
Oh definitely, the brain can rewire itself in a incredible ways.

I’ll go on a limb (pun unintentional) and suggest visualization can be applied to almost anything we want to improve or negate, with practice and consistency.
Yeah, our minds are pretty flexible. I recall reading a while back how pilots or professional race car drivers start incorporating the vehicle into their model of self. So, the vehicle becomes an extension of the body.
This is why Merkaba meditation and breathwork work. 🤷♀️
Edit: or any other kind of meditation, reflection, etc
and, i believe, improve significantly
imho
So I can learn to have 4 arms and double my clumsiness! Fuck yeah! (Or wait, would having 4 arms mean I was 4x as clumsy because I would be dividing up my already limited motor cortex causing the clumsiness to grow exponentially?)
Oh ye of little faith! Why shouldn’t you be able to have perfect coordination?
I only have so much space in my brain box and it is all spoken for. Neuroplasticity is part of your brain being rewired for another purpose.
Lol. As you wish.
