Taking GLP-1s during the first trimester of pregnancy does not appear to increase the risk of major adverse outcomes such as non-live birth, according to a new Harvard Chan School study.
I see a lot of people are confused on how pregnancy works.
Every single one is unique. Not every one will gain weight. A lot of women maintain their weight. Working out is very good for pregnant women and help with delivery.
I remember what my doctor said. I dont know why youre arguing honestly.
yes its okay to work out if you already worked out before baby. But they only recomend light exersize if you werent already doing it. and Your link actually says its okay to gain weight, again.
also, some super fat people DO lose weight when they get pregnant just cuz, it takes energy to grow the baby
oh and edit here, I see you already downvoted me, but you also lose wieght by nursing post partum. I gained 40 pounds with a winter pregnancy, (yes my dr was concerned, only because she was worried my baby would grow too big), baby was 7pounds and change, and then I immediately lost 40 pounds (or I guess 33) in 6 weeks or so from nursing.
