They invented guillotines so… can’t be all bad
I admire a lot about the French. As a non-French person, though, I’d never visit France. I’ve only met one Frenchman, he seemed alright. But, we weren’t in France.
Three times now I’ve been in Germany heading towards France. On every stop along the way people got more more rude. Anecdotal, I know, but god dammit.
I go to France (including Paris) regularly. The French are not rude.
