      Are you familiar with the case? That line of the article seems to imply the mother might not really have the conditions or capacity to care for the baby.

      Not trying to justify racism or xenophobia, just looking to understand this case.

    Yeah, denmark has a history of insanely chauvanustic policy. Until like 2015, a Danish person could only get a spouse visa for a non-resident if the spouse was younger. They’ve only gotten worse since then.

      Given your name, I’ll assume you’re Danish too. It’s not exactly news that we’ve always treated Greenland and its people poorly. As far as timing goes, the court decision was made Friday, but it is curious that so many international outlets decided to bring this story…
