    So apparently you’ll be arrested if your ship, which is your job, stops in the U.S. Even if you’ll be leaving and are not trying to immigrate. Even if you have documents. They do not care. There is nothing stopping them, and they have a quota. They consider you illegal and arrest you even if you’re literally going to your immigration hearing and following the legal process.

      And you end up deported to CECOT or Rwanda. After being starved and tortured in a concentration camp in the US for a while.
