I don’t think they are implemented at all in lemmy. For now you can raise an issue in their github page but I don’t think eye candy is too high up in their list.
lemmy.basedcount.com has them, because of course that exists and of course it does (what’re you gonna do, have PCM without flairs??), but I’m pretty sure they’re using a fork

I’d prefer just not having PCM. at all. flairs or not
