Apparently the law doesn’t matter at all anymore, and the dictator is just allowed to start wars without congressional approval.
Not to excuse anything Trump does, but which was the last war started with congressional approval?
Oh no worries, it’s a valid question! Iraq had congressional approval and I should have been more specific in that Trump didn’t have the authorization of war, neither the authorization of military force by Congress. He just sort of… did it.
