Anyway I played it for a bit (…) and it turns out once you sell enough paperclips you basically enslave the earth and turn all its resources in to paperclips, then send drones out in to space and convert the entire universe… in to paperclips.
It gets slightly unhinged. I’ve stopped playing now.
