          There are plenty of quite-upvoted posts on transgender themes in this community if you check top, last 6 months. Also, the survey you posted is about LGBTQ+ more broadly, not just transgender.

            Though this was after I gained mod access to the transgender comms and banned like 100 transphobes from viewing it. Lemmy.world is filled with reactionary shitheads in general.

              Huh. I mean, I do think you could be right. But from my perspective, that was to the transgender community, with a post specifically about a transgender survey. This is to the LGBTQ+ community, with a post about LGBTQ+ people overall. It doesn’t really make sense for the downvotes to be because of transphobia, since this isn’t a transgender-specific survey.

              If I had to hazard a guess, the difference comes down to transgender people on blahaj.zone viewing hexbear more favourably than LGBTQ+ people on lemmy.world view hexbear.

              More importantly, fuck trump, and fuck whoever removed trans people from the stonewall website.
