This happened in a thread I posted on reddit myself. I don’t know what the removed comment said.
The [deleted] username on a prior comment suggests the person with the removed comment may have even been permanently banned from reddit. Meanwhile, the posts from the person baiting them and fomenting political violence are still standing.
If you get baited on any platform, and you don’t want to risk your account to engage, but you don’t want to back down either, you can always say: “you are rage baiting on a platform with bans. If you want me to take you more seriously, try approaching me on [fediverse/nostr/somewhere neutral]”

Yeah, it sucks. All you can do is stop going over there to discuss anything deep, cause only the heavily propagandised ones that vomit their nonsense online were allowed to remain/stayed over there.
That statement has the energy of “why don’t we take this out back?” and I fucking love it.
Yup. I also tried to create an account to post to a couple of subreddits related to ICE, but got shadow-banned after one post. When I appealed, they fully banned me :/
