Btw, his words after he shot her in the face was “Fucking bitch”.

So if we add that to:
Him deliberately escalating the situation by standing in front of the car.
Him whipping his gun out instantly as she drove slowly around him and obviously trying to miss him.
Him shooting without hesitation directly at her face. He knew she was unarmed as he had walked up to her. So if he had to shoot (which he didn’t, at all) then he could’ve shot at her torso or anywhere else less lethal. He specifically chose the head.

Then, after he saw that he shot her three times, and he must’ve seen it as he was just a foot or so away, he then said “fucking bitch”…

So all this equates to premeditated and angry actions. It was an execution that wasn’t planned for it to be her, BUT it was planned. That guy went out that day (and most probably many other days) just hoping for someone to piss him off. And Renee Good was that person.
