Europe may need to end the Russian invasion fast so they only have one front to fight on.
Fastest way is for Kiev to cede the 4 oblasts that already want to be a part of the Russian Federation anyways, and NATO neutrality.

Generally they already are a part of the Russian Federation if they want to be.
