At least 12 people dead as Bondi attack declared act of terrorism

At least 12 people, including one shooter, have been killed in an attack at Sydney's Bondi Beach on Sunday evening, NSW Police have confirmed.

Yeah I saw footage, one guy is completely down. Looks like the rifleman was wounded, and mister disarmed is obviously in custody.
