    It’s almost like a drug policy primarily based on repression is doomed to failure. I mean, it’s only been like this for about a century, who could possibly have known?

    It’s really surprising, as the prohibition led to perfect results back in the days, which is why it was reverted (obviously), because it wasn’t needed anymore!
