It is a mistake to think that Benjamin Netanyahu is solely responsible for Israel’s genocide or that removing him would bring it to an end. To win support for war, he has mobilized large swathes of Israeli society, from liberals to the far right.
I think this guy puts way too much stock in the movement to return the prisoners of war. Most zios want to pause the genocide, secure the hostages, and then complete the genocide but somehow without losses. The imaginary coalition he’s pointing toward as meaningful opposition are only opposed to the genocide because the idf is losing and hemorrhaging casualties. Most would be happy returning to business as usual pre al aqsa flood style ethnic cleansing and colonialism where they get their treats and dance parties and don’t have to actually face what their society is founded and dependent on.
Basically saying, ‘if only people would stop pointing out we’re an active colonial project serving white supremacist imperialism, we could have a zionist led opposition to zionism!’
