Henry Parra, president of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV), highlighted the party’s historic progress following the recent elections.

For the first time, the PCV has won four mayoralties, bringing the total number of council members to 82 across the country, along with 12 national representatives and eight regional representatives.

Parra celebrated the fact that the PCV has established itself as the second-largest political force in Venezuela, after the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

This achievement represents a significant advance in the party’s influence at the national level.
