Various ag-gag attempts have been passed, but shot down in courts, so I updated the title from the original to clarify that they weren’t necessarily 100% successful despite their persistence in trying and getting them passed in states
Unfortunately it’s now no longer just limited to the US. Australia has some Ag-gag laws, Various Canadian provinces have tried and there is active ongoing litigation of one in Ontario, and France has some Ag-gag laws
