Got conduwuit set up super easily, appreciate the write up as it appears the lead dev took down the documentation site!
One thing I noticed about your wiki was that I don’t think there was an explanation of how to get into the admin panel on first run. I got there by pressing Ctrl + c on Debian.
I’ll set up the bridges in the coming days
Nice thanks. I’ll get it up and running this weekend
Looking forward to getting this up on my vps so I can get bridges running.
Is there a matrix room setup for this fork yet or does jevolk have a mastodon? I’d like to follow development

For me the gps updates appear to lag a bit, but show when I manually prompt for it.
I’ve done this as well for a number of years (probably close to 5 at this point) and have only noticed one service that got hacked and my domain got leaked. No spam at all really, but I’ve stayed on top of unsubscribing to all marketing emails
For passwords bitwarden is basically the given standard

Like it feels like an older android app to me
Edit: looking at it now, probably the inability to hide contact pictures, as I don’t have any so it’s just a bunch of colorful numbers when I open the app
mac@lemm.eeto Selfhosted@lemmy.world•conduwuit, “featureful fork of conduit” (Rust Matrix homeserver), is discontinuedEnglish3·12 days agoDo you know which maintainer? I was interested in setting up conduwuit this weekend but I’ll probably wait a few weeks to see how tuwunel plays out

I have xmpp accounts for jmp.chat and have been underwhelmed with the UX of cheogram for android.
Ideally, I’d like a low friction and good looking ios client to have IRL friends install to chat to me on as well.

Sucks as all of the other options are either not as feature-rich, or are resource intensive.

However Germanic/latin languages may be similar

Lol, our OLTP repo does semver 99 - > Dev/stg semver 100 - > prod
No clue why they don’t adopt better branch names
Yeah I’ve seen these around since about 2020. Really nasty stuff and i have no clue how this hasnt been stopped by apple/google. Anyone know of a way to detect if anyone on your network has been infected? I guess monitoring bandwidth usage? Could an IPS/IDS also catch something like this?
