This is also something InputPlumber supports.
I mean we got an new API now and RetroENGINE for CLI launching.
But yes we are discussing it with them and have been for a long time.

We are using: python, bash and Godot.
It’s a All-In-One Retro Gaming platform in a flatpak.
Bazzite, Aurora, Proxmox and Ubuntu Server.
