There’s one gaping hole in the plan, the sale price where becomes profitable for the AI companies is far higher than consumers are willing to pay and unprofitable to run a business on, it’s not a viable plan
Sure, you could also simply stand around looking at things saying “hmmmm…”. After all every observation is unique, so you could accept all the differences and just observe it as it is, say “hmmmm” and then move on to the next unique and special observation. Trying to identify commonality and give it names just throws away most of the information in each unique and special experience

privacy@lemmy.ca•How to get notifications from WhatsApp even without Google Play Services on?
1·18 days agoInteresting, although I’m not sure how it is meant to work with Whatsapp, the install notes say running in an Android VM is not recommended, and the other option is running it in a physical phone, so I’m not sure what the benefit is in that case

World News@lemmy.world•While the world scrambles for oil, China sits on full tanksEnglish
3·22 days agoThe article is contradicting itself. It is saying they are not tapping their reserves, because they bought excess before the war to accumulate inventories. Are they using their inventories or not? You can probably just sum up the whole article by saying they stored a lot of oil before the war (but are obviously using it if they are not relying on imports)

So… does calling for a revised state in Israel/Palestine that is democratic and without bias towards one race break this law? It is calling for Israel in its current form to be replaced
